PhantomCards ships orders within Hong Kong and internationally. International orders are shipped using reputable courier services, including UPS and other major carriers, depending on destination and shipment requirements. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be included in your quotation prior to order confirmation.

Orders valued at USD $1,000 or more generally qualify for complimentary international shipping, subject to destination, shipment size, and carrier restrictions.

Dispatch Times

For inventory held in-house, orders are generally dispatched within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

Where additional sourcing is required, customers will be provided with an estimated dispatch timeline prior to order confirmation.

Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PhantomCards is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or other actions taken by local authorities.

Custom Sourcing

If a product is not currently listed in our inventory, customers may submit a sourcing request via email, Discord, or the Contact Us page.
